The statute (at http://cisv.it/verde/presentazione.html) defines in Art. 15 the symbols:
"Articolo 15. Gli emblemi. – Il CISV dispone di propri simboli: lo stemma, la
bandiera e la coccarda. Lo stemma in scudo ovato a bordo d’oro è di verde, alla
“V” d’oro movente dalla punta e accompagnata in capo da una foglia d’edera dello
stesso. La bandiera sociale è inquartata in verde (1° e 4°) e in rosso (2° e 3°)
da una croce attraversante bianca, caricata in centro, all’intersezione dei
bracci, dello stemma suddetto. La coccarda unisce i colori italiani a quelli
sociali ed è verde-giallo-rosso-bianco-verde. Detti simboli non possono essere
usati privatamente in nome dell’Associazione senza la dovuta autorizzazione del
Presidente. Possono comparire sulla carta intestata solo in lettere ufficiali.
Il Presidente dispone di propria bandiera ed è il solo autorizzato a usarla.
Essa consiste in un drappo bianco con in centro lo stemma sociale. "

"Art. 15. The emblems.
CISV disposes of own symbols:
the arms, the flag and the cockade. The arms in an oval shield with a border Or
is Vert, charged with a "V" Or issuing from base and accompanied in chief by an
ivy leaf of the same. The association's flag is quartered of green (1 and 4) and
red (2 and 3) by a white cross, charged in center, at the intersection of the
arms, by the aforementioned arms. The cockade unites the Italian colours with
the associational ones and is green-yellow-red-white-green. The mentioned
symbols may not be used privately in the name of the association without the due
authorisation by the president. The may appear on paper with letterheads only in
official letters. The president has his own flag and he is the only one to use
it. It consists of a white field with the association's arms in the center.")

The president's flag exists only in table size (about 95x145 mm), as far as I
can see.
