According to the Thai Ministry of Interior in 2000, the flag of Phang Nga
province is vertically divided dark blue / yellow / pink with a modern
representation of the provincial seal in the center. The provincial flag has
been spotted on the provincial website here :

parts. It can now be seen for example here :
