Description of the Flag

According to the Thai Ministry of Interior in 2000, the flag of Samut Sakhon is horizontally divided light pink / light blue / light pink (about 1:3:1) with the provincial seal in the middle. The flag can be seen on the provincial website : http://www.samutsakhon.go.th/data/brand.htm
