Description of the flag

According to the Thai Ministry of Interior in 2000, the flag of Phetcha Buri province is horizontally divided dark blue / yellow / dark blue (1:2:1) with the the provincial seal in the center. The provincial flag can be seen on the provincial website : http://www.phetchaburi.go.th/data/about_phet1.htm and on several websites, like this one : http://www.chaiwbi.com/0drem/web_children/2545/m5209/emblem.html.
