It is a typical Portuguese communal flag, with the coat of arms centred on a plain blue field.

The arms are Argent on a triple mount Vert issuant from the base a fountain and in chief a sheep Purpure with eyes Gules and garnished Argent. Mural crown argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading "PANCHORRA" in black upper case letters.

Panchorra Commune was one of the 15 pre-2013 communes of Resende Municipality (q.v.); it had 178 inhabitants in 2001 and covered 13,25 km².
