Meaning:
This coat of arms seems gravid with symbolism, but I have no story to go with it; it will come up, eventually. "Erra" is some of the forms of the verb "errar" ("to err", "to miss", or "to make a mistake"): perhaps the arms holding a feather/dart is expected to miss its target?
