Voćin is located some 25 km south-east of Virovitica, with 4,200 inhabitants, about 1,600 in the settlement of the same name.

Flag of Voćin

The flag of Voćin, as used in the front of the Municipality Hall (horizontal) and in the County Assembly Hall (vertical), is in proportions 1:2, indigo blue with the coat of arms, bordered white in the middle.

The coat of arms is "Or a fess maroon and overall a church argent with a belfry of the same roofed also maroon both with a doors gules".

Virovitičke vijesti, 13 November 2002, shows a photo of a large sign with a coat of arms picturing the local church and the coats of arms of Croatia and Slavonia in triangular corners.
The County website once showed the coat of arms as "Or a bar maroon".
Both designs seem to be initial projects or proposals occasionally used.
