Symbols of Valverde de Campos

The flag and arms of Valverde de Campos are prescribed by a Decree adopted on 16 March 2007 by the Municipal Council, signed on 22 March 2007 by the Mayor, and published on 12 September 2007 in the official gazette of Castile and León, No. 178, p. 17,737 (text).
The symbols are described as follows:

Flag: Quadrangular panel, with proportions 1:1, gyronny of eight pieces, four white and four green. In the middle, the municipal coat of arms in full colors.
Coat of arms: 1. Vert three spikes or the base wavy argent and azure, 2. Argent a lion purpure crowned or. The shield mantled or, each mantle charged with a castle or port and windows azure [Crown not mentioned].
