The municipality of Lastras del Pozo (94 inhabitants in 2010; 3,251 ha) is located in the southwest of Segovia Province, 30 km from Segovia.

Symbols of Lastras del Pozo

The flag and arms of Lastras del Pozo are prescribed by a Decree adopted on 9 June 1998 by the Segovia Provincial Government, signed on 10 June 1998 by the President of the Government, and published on 24 June 1998 in the official gazette of Castile and León, No. 118 (text).
The symbols are described as follows:

Flag: Quadrangular flag, with proportions 1:1, red with a yellow border cantonned with four white Maltese Crosses. In the middle of the flag is placed the municipal coat of arms in full colors.
Coat of arms: Per pale, 1a. Or a castle sable burned, 1b. Azure an agnus dei argent, 2. Gules a two-staged aqueduct argent masoned sable over ten rocks of the same [The Segovia Roman aqueduct]. The shield surmounted with a Royal Spanish crown.
