The flag of San Juan del Monte is prescribed by a Decree adopted on 21 April 2005 by the Municipal Council, signed on 15 December 2005 by the Mayor, and published on 30 December 2005 in the official gazette of Castile and León, No. 251, p. 22,653 (text).
The flag is described as follows:

Flag: Quadrangular flag (1:1), whose colors are on a red field three gyrons of base 2/10, yellow, black and white, in the middle the municipal coat of arms.
