Introduction of Füssen

Füssen is a town in Bavaria, Germany, known for the Hohes Schloss and its Basilica and the former Benedictine monastery of Saint Mang. The famous Neuschwanstein Castle is located a few miles to the east of the town.
Last week I visited Munich (Bavaria, Germany) and made an excursion to Füssen which is Italian German town. They say, Italian people started living there since time of ancient Roman. The municipal Füssen flag is black over yellow (same as Munich flag) charged with black trinacria emblem in yellow shield in the center. The image is by Kazutaka Nishiura based on my photo.
