This is the flag of the City of Neustrelitz. Neustrelitz is the administration seat of Mecklenburg-Strelitz County in the State Mecklenburg-West Pomerania. This flag's date of adoption is unknown, but the coat-of-arms was adopted in 1794, and revised 1990. E.G. reports the flag as historical, but in the City Statutes the flag is not mentioned.
